Seara d’Ordens Vintage 2012 was made from the best grapes of the Seara d’Ordens quinta, the grape varieties are one of the oldest in the douro valley. In the vinification fase, the desengace is made for 50%, and then the process of fermentation happens, in the stainless steel vats. In the end the wine is stored for 12 months in large barrels.
