Croft Pink With Case Box Port

It was a great challenge for Croft to produce this Port Rosé with Douro grapes’ tannic and intense nature. The winemaking approach was to treat the red grape varieties in a similar way to the wine-making of a non-aged white wine. The cold decanting, that precedes cold fermentation, is essential to ensure the freshness of the fruity aroma and its elegance. The attractive floral notes that are formed at the end enhance the strong and fruity raspberry aromas. The palate on the mouth is rich in savoury cherry and ripe raspberry flavours, with delicious honey and grapefruit nuances.
