With the desire to innovate, we chose the “Infusão Súbtil”, a blend of bay leaves, walnut leaves and bela-luz, to create this pioneering wine. The Infusões com História team prepared the infusion to fill a French oak barrel. Transferred cold to the barrel, the infusion remained in contact with the wood for two weeks, aromatizing it.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow. Intense and richly complex aroma, with notes of stone fruit and white pulp, well integrated with herbal notes of bay leaf and thyme. Fragrant, intense and subtly marked by a soft toast. On the palate, it is broad, textured and well balanced by a medium but vertical acidity. Long, youthful and fragrant finish.
