Red Wine Hugo Mendes Underdog Talha 75cl

The ancient tradition of carved wines remains alive in Vila Alva, near Vidigueira. The grapes were picked by hand and de-stemmed before entering the wine cellar. Spontaneous fermentation occurred without temperature control and the wine remained in contact with the masses until the end of February. It was bottled without stabilization or filtration to maintain and show all of its rustic and traditional component.

Each Underdog is unique and unrepeatable.
