Red Wine ASF Fernão Pó 75cl

The nose is dominated by Castelão, the grape variety chosen from the sands of Fernando Pó, with notes of sour cherry from Merlot and floral notes from Touriga. On the palate, Tannat gives it body and Merlot envelops it, with spices, chocolate and smoke. Prolonged fermentation in lagar vats, pumped over 4 times a day with manual jetting, controlled temperature, délestage. Aged for 12 months in new barrels of different origins and toasts.
