Characteristics

Theine Level: Naturally free of theine.

Preparation: 1. Place 4 to 5 teaspoons for each liter of water, in a glass or porcelain teapot; 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it; 3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time; 4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
Temperature: 95 ºC Infusion Time: 5 - 10 min.
