It is in South Africa that Rooibos is found, a shrub that is known for its antioxidant properties. The Infusion of Rooibos with Fruits of the Forest produces an aromatic drink with a reddish color and a sweet taste. Despite the slight touch of acidity, brought by the fruits of the forest, its flavor is quite sweet and fruity.

Naturally caffeine-free, Rooibos Infusion is ideal to drink anytime. It is a drink that brings more color to winter days and can be refreshing in summer days.

Rooibos, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Blueberry, Raspberry, Mint, Rose Petals, Fennel, Licorice and Apple*

Characteristics

Theine Level: Naturally free of theine.

Preparation: 1. Place 4 to 5 teaspoons per liter of water in a glass or porcelain teapot. 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. 3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time. 4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
Temperature: 95 ºC Infusion Time 5 - 10 min.
