Rooibos is a shrub from South Africa. It's commonly called red tea, but it doesn't actually have any theine. Its infusion produces a drink with a sweet taste and rich in antioxidants. Enjoy relaxing moments in the company of our purest Rooibos.

Characteristics

Theine Level: Naturally free of theine.

Preparation: 1. Place 4 to 5 teaspoons for each liter of water, in a glass or porcelain teapot; 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it; 3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time; 4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
Temperature: 95 ºC Infusion Time: 5 - 10 min.
