Characterized by its amazing marbled texture, Ham Dry-Cured Sliced Iberian Black Pork is a ham of superior quality, extraordinary flavor and sublime texture. The curing of the meat takes a minimum of 730 days, depending on its weight. Finally the product is sliced and vacuum packed.

Black pork ham, salt, preservatives (E250 and E252), antioxidants (E316) and sugar.

As a vacuum-packed product, it is recommended to open the package 15 minutes before consumption, so that it recovers its organoleptic characteristics. After opening, keep refrigerated.
