​​Black Chorizo ​​is in itself one of Portugal's gastronomic gems, with its characteristic texture and flavour. Chorizo ​​Preto Serrano is the flavor of Serra da Estrela with all the tradition.
Ingredients

Pig fat (76%), pig blood, wine (contains sulphites), onion (1.9%), salt, spices, garlic, vegetable protein (pea), emulsifier (E451), antioxidants (E331, E301, E300 ), preservative (E250). Stuffed in natural bovine intestine. Smoked with holm oak wood.
